Jeffrey T. Holm is a commercial litigator whose practice includes both trial and appellate work. He focuses his practice on contract disputes and business torts, real estate litigation, complex commercial litigation, and healthcare-related investigations and litigation.
Mr. Holm represents commercial real estate owners and operators in landlord-tenant disputes, dispossessory actions, and evictions. He has also litigated quiet title actions and disputes involving broker commissions, purchase and sale contracts, and other real estate-related matters. Mr. Holm also represents businesses and business owners in contract negotiation and dispute resolution. He has tried cases involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraudulent transfer actions, and other business torts. Mr. Holm also represents hospitals and whistleblowers in healthcare-related investigations and litigation. He has litigated health care fraud cases with a focus on False Claims Act cases involving alleged violations of the Stark Law and/or the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Mr. Holm is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, all Georgia appellate courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Holm received his undergraduate degree (B.S., Foreign Service) from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2000. He majored in international politics. Mr. Holm received his law degree (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005, where he served on the Moot Court Board and competed on the Sports Law moot court team.
